Gifted House Escape

Jack goes to visit his new house, which he gets as a gift in a lucky draw. He goes in and starts looking around, he is much satisfied with the house. By the time he decides to leave, notices that the door is locked and the key is missing. Help him to find clues and correlate them logically to come out of the house.
